I’m a trained and experienced counsellor, psychotherapist, development coach, career coach and business coach, including lifestyle design and health, fitness coaching and life coaching.

What I do

I work with all areas of personal wellbeing, confidence building, career development and change, and lifestyle enhancement as a counsellor and Life Coach.

Counselling

Areas of counselling focus include stress, anxiety and depression, emotional understanding and management, relationship issues, bereavement, sexuality and addictions.

My counselling approach is essentially integrative, which means I work with a range of approaches based upon ‘what works’.

Integrative psychotherapy describes a psychotherapy approach in which elements from different schools of psychotherapy may be used.

Coaching

I’m an experienced Life Coach, Career Coach and Personal Development Coach.

A coach is there to work with a client to help them to achieve their goals.

As a Life coach I can help you to identify, plan and act to bring about positive change.

As a career coach I can help you clarify what you do want to do and how to get there.

I also work extensively with individuals and businesses, to coach and develop people and teams, having worked and coached in a number of large companies and sectors over the last 20 years.

This also involves providing support with problem solving, emotional intelligence, effective working, prioritisation and time management techniques and strategic direction.
